In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Fu Hong Society (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Society") adopts the following policies to ensure that personal data collected on all donation forms, event registration forms, other forms and webpage issued by the Society are kept in strict confidentiality. Unless the information is used for fundraising and other designated activities of the Society, the Society will never disclose your personal data to third parties without the consent of related personnel.
1. Basic Clause
The information collected by the Society from the webpage, donation forms, event registration forms and other forms is voluntarily provided by related personnel. Personal information includes name, job title, company, address, phone number, email, etc. Such information will only be used for the purposes of donations and relevant activities designated by the Society displayed on the webpage and listed on the form. Without the consent of related personnel, the Society will not sell, lease or transfer the information to other organisations.
2. Webpage Data Collection and Use
The personal data collected on the webpage of the Society will be encrypted and transmitted on the Internet, and the server will also record the general information of the readers. The record will only show the reader’s domain name and the webpage viewed. These data are only used for statistical purposes, such as the daily number of people who view the webpage and the type of browser used.
3. Storage and Access
All personal information provided to the Society via the webpage is restricted from being accessed on the server. Only employees or agents who need to perform legal actions can use your personal data. Any violation of the Society’s Personal Data Privacy Regulations will be subject to legal investigation or sanctions. The Society reserves the right to access through an agent with confidential guidelines.
4. Connection/Update Regulations
The Society takes into account the confidentiality of personal information, and will not disclose it to anyone except for legal, adjudication, or Government review. 8. Modify/Update/Delete

9. Amendment to ‘Privacy Policy Statement’
The Society has the right to amend this ‘Privacy Policy Statement’ at any time and make a notice about the modification on this page.
