Fu Hong Society (FHS) invites qualified vendors to submit tenders for the upgrade of its Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Our current HRIS, based on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2, has been in operation since 2016. Due to staff growth, increased complexity in employment management, and recent amendments to local labor regulations, an upgrade is essential to improve automation, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance.
The proposed solution should enhance the existing HRIS on the PeopleSoft HCM platform and ensure seamless integration with all existing functions.
In addition, the current system infrastructure (including Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2014, WebLogic 12.1.3, PeopleTools 8.54.36) is outdated and requires immediate upgrading to maintain support and minimize downtime risks. |
