Fu Hong Society (FHS) is planning to procure new firewall solutions and a Network Attached Storage (NAS) system as part of its On-Premises Server Infrastructure Replacement Project. FHS hereby invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit tenders for the supply, installation, configuration, migration, and support services for the proposed solutions.
FHS's existing on-premises infrastructure has been in operation since 2015. To enhance system reliability, cybersecurity, business continuity, and operational support, FHS plans to replace key network security and storage equipment as Phase 1 of the infrastructure replacement project. The replacement of existing servers will be carried out separately under Phase 2 at a later stage.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes:
- Supply, installation, and configuration of three (3) firewall appliances at two locations, including:
- Setup of a High Availability (HA) firewall pair at one location;
- Configuration of all required security policies and access controls; and
- Configuration of site-to-site VPN connections with firewalls deployed at FHS service units and the AWS cloud platform.
- Supply, installation, and configuration of one (1) NAS system for off-site backup purposes.
- Migration, implementation, testing, and commissioning services.
- Provision of first-year maintenance and support services for the deployed solutions at no additional cost.
