Fu Hong Society (FHS) invites qualified vendors to submit tenders for the enhancement of its existing Case Management System (CMS).
The CMS has been in operation for nearly three years since its launch at the end of 2022. It was customized based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM module and currently operates on a subscription-based SaaS model on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud platform, supporting approximately 600 user accounts.
The system supports cross-functional and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation and care services for over 2,000 FHS service users. This case-driven, web-based system enables sharing of case information, including rehabilitation training and health details, across approximately 70 service units and service types.
Through extensive daily use by frontline staff, a number of enhancement opportunities have been identified to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and strengthen service quality. In addition, some existing design elements lack sufficient flexibility to accommodate changes or new requirements from the Social Welfare Department (SWD).
This project aims to address key operational issues and implement essential system enhancements to improve operational efficiency, elevate service quality, and ensure full compliance with SWD requirements. |
